It contains all 13 essential vitamins at a minimum of 100% of the recommended daily intake (NRV), with vitamin D included at higher levels. Trace minerals and the Lab4 group of friendly bacteria also help support immune and digestive function.

Each capsule also includes CoQ10, which is important in maintaining energy levels and as a powerful antioxidant, and silicon and boron to support connective tissue.
