FODZYME does not target specific conditions — rather, FODZYME's enzymes break down triggering substances (fermentable fibres). Specifically, FODZYME's enzymes break down the fibres fructan, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and lactose. So, if you know that you are sensitive to foods that contain them, it’s recommended you give FODZYME a try. FODZYME® breaks down fructans into fructose so is not suitable for someone who is extremely sensitive to fructose or suffers from hereditary fructose intolerance.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp (0.75g) dose of powder on trigger foods right before eating.

Dose up: Add a second dose if still eating after 30 minutes.

Don't add to water - the powder works best when mixed directly with your meals. Water can diminish the effect of enzymes.

Chew & Savour - chew well to help the enzymes integrate with FODMAP's and activate instantly.

Don't heat up - avoid adding the powder to your cooking, as enzymes will deactivate at very high temperatures.

Don't snort - no matter the resemblance to other white powders, FODZYME® works best when consumed orally!
