Recommended low FODMAP serving: 20g, containing less than 1.4g of combined Almonds and Hazelnuts (Monash have passed 12g of these nuts as low FODMAP). There is no lactose in this chocolate and Cocoa Solids are low enough in FODMAPs at this serving size.
