Ground Corn*, Vegetable Oil (Coconut)*, Water.

  Cooking instructions

1. Bake tacos at 150 degrees Celcius for 10-15 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and fill with minced meat, chicken of low FODMAP veggies of your choice.
3. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and add lettuce, tomato, grated cheese and perhaps a dollop of salsa.
4. Enjoy!
