Hunter & Gather Pure Butter Ghee is made using certified Organic cream from British grass fed cattle. They don't add anything else to their ghee - none of the vegetable or seed oils often used to bulk out recipes of poorer quality ghees. Just 100% pure, natural ghee.
The result is a silky smooth and buttery rich ghee, ideal for adding to meals and recipes

With a high smoke point (250c), you can use ghee for roasting, frying or baking and it has a creamy buttery taste. You can also use ghee in hot drinks (Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Matcha) instead of milk, to add healthy fats but keeping it low carb. Whizz a spoonful into your hot drink for a rich creamy drink.
