Why Ginger Extract:
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support contains tasteless ginger extract. Derived from the root of the ginger plant Zingiber officinale Roscoe, this extract contains 1% bioactive compounds (gingerols and shogaols). Ginger extract supports digestive function and regular bowel movements.*

Ingredients

Soluble fibre from guar beans (Sunfiber®), ginger extract (Zingiber officinale rhizome).

Directions

Take 1-2 scoops (5-10 grams) daily or as recommended by your dietitian, therapist or doctor. We recommend gradually increasing your fibre intake and drinking plenty of fluids.

A 15 ml scoop (5 grams) is included in the packaging. One 5-gram scoop contains 4.3 grams of guar bean fiber and 150 mg of ginger extract.

Can be added to (hot or cold) drinks or food without altering the taste, smell, color, or texture. Add it, for example, to water, yogurt, juice, pasta sauce, soup or a smoothie!
