Deliveries to England, Wales and Southern Scotland are £3.95. Please see the table below for priority delivery options and delivery charges to other UK destinations. The following options will be available at checkout, based on the delivery destination:

# If your order includes frozen food, it will be delivered FREE if ordererd in multiples of 8 frozen items. Any non-frozen items you order at the same time will also be delivered free. You must select a delivery day when you will be available to receive your frozen food packed in insulated packaging. Your order will be dispatched the day before using a next day courier service. Please transfer your frozen food to the freezer as soon as you receive it.
* Priority dispatch - order before 12h00 for same day dispatch from FODMarket. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Priority orders will be sent using a 24-hour service, but are not guaranteed to arrive on the next business day - delays may be caused by bad weather, staff shortages or unusual demand surges.

The above rates apply up to a maximum parcel size of 50cm * 40cm * 40cm weighing no more than 15kg.
There may be a variation in charges for remote locations. In such circumstances we will contact you and agree the charges before dispatching goods.
When will your parcel be delivered?
Where Priority Delivery has been selected and the order is placed before 12pm on a working day, the order will be prioritised over other orders and dispatched with DPD that same day for targeted delivery the next working day*. Please click here for current anticipated delivery times.
Where Standard Delivery is selected we aim to dispatch goods within two working days of the order being placed, but it is usually dispatched within 24 hours. In most cases delivery takes place within 2-5 working days (currently subject to delays due to Royal Mail strikes).
Delivery notification and tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email stating who is going to deliver your parcel.
For Royal Mail, the tracking number can only be used to record final delivery of your parcel. It cannot be used to determine when your parcel will be delivered, but you should normally expect delivery 5 working days after dispatch (subject to delays due to Royal Mail strikes)**. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be kept at your local Sorting Office for you to collect. You will receive a calling card in your mail box giving details. If you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of the dispatch notification email, please contact us.
For DPD, delivery should be within two working days after dispatch*. If you give us your mobile number, you will receive notification by text. Alternatively you will receive an email. Unfortunately DPD cannot send a text notification to a landline. When you receive the notification of your one hour delivery slot, you will be able to reschedule the delivery, or alternatively notify DPD of a safe place to leave your parcel, by clicking on the link sent by DPD at that time.
If you are not home when the driver calls to deliver your parcel and you have not updated your delivery instructions via the DPD app, then the driver will attempt to leave your parcel at your nearest DPD drop off shop. You will be required to collect your parcel from the shop within 7 days, after which it will be returned to FODMarket. (Note: If nobody is home when your DPD driver calls, frozen orders will usually be left at your delivery address in a place that the DPD driver deems safe, Please get in touch if you are not sure where the delivery driver has left your order.)
For other couriers we expect you to receive your parcel within a week of dispatch. You should get notification of the day of delivery, but this is not guaranteed (depends on the courier). Please leave a note on your door asking for the parcel to be left with a neighbour if you are not going to be home.
Deliveries to International Destinations
Unfortunately our deliveries to the EU are temporarily suspended due to Brexit related restrictions, delays and fees.

In some cases, additional country specific import charges/taxes/restrictions may apply. If this is applicable, we will contact you before your goods are dispatched.
Receiving your goods
Delivery of goods must be accepted. Goods must be checked for damage immediately. Any damage must be recorded on the courier's delivery slip or reported by you to us within 48 hours. Should you need to report damage, please email us at Contact@FODMarket.com
Parcels damaged in transit
In the unfortunate event of the package being damaged, photographic evidence may be requested. Unfortunately it is not practical to send replacement items. Instead FODMarket will refund you for any items that were damaged.
Incorrect product sent
We have procedures in place to ensure the correct items are picked and packed when orders are fulfilled. In the unfortunate event that there is a picking error and the incorrect item is sent, we will refund you for the incorrect item. Unfortunately due to high postage costs, it is not practical to send replacement items.
