A plant based fettuccine noodle made from konjac flour. Emma Basic's konjac noodles are a low carbohydrate, low FODMAP alternative to regular noodles.

What is konjac flour?
Konjac flour is made from the root of a vegetable plant grown in South East Asia. The flour is mixed with water to make noodles, which has a neutral taste, but when added to healthy ingredients, the noodles absorb the flavours so you can enjoy a healthy and delicious meal.

To prepare

  1. Drain the water from the pack. Rinse under cold water for 1 minute.
  2. Use the rinsed fettuccine as a direct replacement for conventional pasta, in whichever dish you like!
