Despite it’s name, buckwheat is not a type of wheat but instead a seed of a broad leaf plant. It has been proven to be high in protein, fibre and minerals such as magnesium.

 Cooking instructions

1. Add noodles to boiling water slowly until submerged.
2. Reduce to medium heat.
3. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook!
4. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
5. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
