Rice Flour* (75%), Quinoa Flour* (25%).

Cooking instructions
Put pasta in boiling water (approx 3ltr for 250g of pasta). Add salt if required. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11-13 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain pasta and rinse with warm water.
