Recommended low FODMAP serving: 20g 

Almonds/Raisins:  Monash have passed 12g of almonds and 13g of raisins as low FODMAP.

There is no lactose in this chocolate and Cocoa Solids are low enough in FODMAPs at this serving size.

Note: As chocolate is high in kilojoules and saturated fat, intake should be limited to small amounts for general good health.
