* Per Monash University, there are no FODMAPs in avocado oil. However, fat affects gut motility and should therefore not be consumed in large quantities. Monash states a low FODMAP serving size for apple cider vinegar is 2 tablespoons.
We recommend a serving size of 1 tablespoon for this mayonnaise.
