Green beans and potatoes in an aromatic tomato-coconut sauce. Cooked in jars using a particularly gentle method. Delicious on its own or with rice, quinoa or sourdough bread.

Inspired by Sambhar - the traditional lentil and vegetable stew from tropical southern India. Here, tangy tomatoes and aromatic spices are combined with sweet carrots and creamy coconut milk to give the sauce a distinctly delicious flavour. Potatoes and green beans make this a hearty and nutritious stew.

Heat in a saucepan for around 3 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 2 days.
