FRUSANO Organic Brownie Mix (460g)

The delicious, gluten-free Frusano brownies – sweetened with maltose and glucose – are quick and easy to prepare and serve. Perfect for a spontaneous visit with friends, a family celebration or as a snack for inbetween.

For a double chocolate taste, add a finely chopped bar of Frusano dark chocolate to your chocolate brownies.

Baking instructions

Classic: 2 eggs, 175g soft butter and175ml lactose free milk.

Vegan: 175g soft margarine and 150ml oat milk.

Oven 175°C | 45 mins. Preheat oven and grease a baking pan (approx 25cm). Empty brownie mix into a bowl and combine with additional ingredients above. Smooth into greased baking pan. Bake for approx 25 minutes. Remove from oven and leave on a rack to cool. Makes approximately 12 x 75g brownies.

Organic dried glucose syrup, organic rice flour, 9% organic cocoa powder, thickener: organic carob gum, sea salt.
