DOVES FARM Quick Yeast (125g)

For all bread baking, and ideal for bread machines, just add this Quick Yeast straight from pack to the dry ingredients in your recipe.

Ingredients

Yeast, Emulsifier (Sorbitan Monostearate).

Directions

Use 1 teaspoon of Quick Yeast to every 500g of bread flour. Mix Quick Yeast into the dry ingredients in your recipe before adding the liquid.

Storage

Keep airtight and store in a cool dry place. Use within 2 months of opening.
