Organic chocolate-flavoured pudding, sweetened with Frusano organic corn sugar . The mild sweetness of the maltose and dextrose in the organic corn sugar brings out the vibrant flavor of high-quality cocoa.

Instructions

Measure 500ml lactose free or other low FODMAP plant-based milk. Remove 150ml of liquid and mix with pounch contents while still cold. Bring the remaining 350ml of liquid to a boil. Stir in the pudding powder mixture and simmer for approximately 1 minute. Portion the chocolate pudding into a bowl and store cold.

Tip: For a lighter treat that’s full of flavour, use 750 ml of plant-based or lactose free milk per packet.

65% Organic dried glucose syrup, organic corn starch, 13% organic low-fat cocoa. 

Suitable for a low-fructose and low FODMAP diet: Fructose <0.5%, Sucrose <0.1%, Dextrose 17%, Maltose 1%.
