Beet sugar is 99.5% sucrose and considered low FODMAP.

Wheat flour: 24g wheat flour passed as low FODMAP by Fodmap Friendly. 

Hazelnuts:  Monash have passed 15g of Hazelnuts as low FODMAP.

There is no lactose in this chocolate and Cocoa Solids are low enough in FODMAPs at this serving size.
