Chocolate Raspberry Pudding
Ingredients:
Cacao layers- 60ml/4tbsp chia seeds
- 175ml lactose free milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup or to taste
- 2 tbsp Blissful Brown Rice & Raw Cacao Super Protein
Raspberry layers
- handful of raspberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
- Mix ingredients for cacao layers together.
- Separately, mash together the raspberry layer ingredients.
- Layer in a glass and leave for 15 mins to set.
