Shipping update for week beginning 5 May 2025

The warehouse is closed for bank holiday Monday, 5 May. Priority orders received after 12pm on Friday, 2 May will be dispatched with DPD on the next working day, which is Tuesday, 6 May for delivery on Wednesday. All other orders will be dispatched in the order they are received.

Priority Delivery - orders placed before 12h00 will be dispatched by the FODMarket team that same day. If you are not home when the driver calls to deliver your parcel and you have not updated your delivery instructions, then the driver could attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or at your nearest drop off shop.

Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched/sent on the next working day. Priority orders will be sent using a 24-hour service, but are not guaranteed to arrive on the next business day - delays may be caused by bad weather, courier staff shortages or unusual demand surges. 

 

Standard Delivery - orders are dispatched in the order they are received.

We aim to dispatch within two working days of the order being placed. Delivery is usually about 3 days after your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to find the most suitable courier based on order size, weight and shipping destination. Our usual couriers are DPD and Royal Mail.
