RECIPE - Vegan American Pancakes
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl .
- Add the water and mix until smooth.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and drop spoons of batter into the pan. Cook over gentle heat until holes appear.
- Turn the pancakes over and cook on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
