Tofu, carrots and green beans in a creamy peanut and coconut sauce. This curry is an aromatic blend of Indian spices with citrusy Thai herbs, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

Enjoy with rice noodles, rice or as a stew with your favourite sourdough or gluten-free bread. Gently preserved in glass jars.

Directions

Heat in a saucepan for around 3 minutes, stirring occassionally.
