INTOLERAN Lactase Drops (100ml)
Intoleran's Lactase Drops contains the Lactase enzyme in liquid form, ideal for making milk and dairy products lactose-free for those with lactose intolerance. Simply stir the drops into a lactose product and wait 24 hours for it to become lactose free!
The Lactase drops can be used for all ages, including babies.

Ingredients
Lactase (750 NLU per 5 drops), glycerol, water.
Directions for use
Add the drops to the milk product, stir well, then refrigerate for 24 hours. After this period, at least 80% of the lactose will have broken down.
If you want to use the product immediately without waiting, add 5-10 drops per 120ml of the milk product.
Recommended Number of Drops per Product:
1 litre of (chocolate) milk: 5 drops
1 litre of custard: 10 drops
250 ml of evaporated milk, whipped cream, cooking cream, and condensed milk: 5 drops
250 ml of mascarpone and cream cheese: 10 drops
Please Note: The drops are not suitable for acidic dairy products, such as yoghurt, cottage cheese and buttermilk.
