EMMA BASIC Konjac - Shirataki Noodles (200g)
A plant based noodle made from konjac flour. Emma Basic's konjac noodles are a low carbohydrate, low FODMAP alternative to regular noodles.
Shirataki" is Japanese for "white waterfall," which describes the noodles' translucent appearance. It carries flavours well and has an al dente texture. The firm texture remains even when you accidentally overcook it!
What is konjac flour?
Konjac flour is made from the root of a vegetable plant grown in South East Asia. The flour is mixed with water to make noodles, which has a neutral taste, but when added to healthy ingredients, the noodles absorb the flavours so you can enjoy a healthy and delicious meal.

To prepare
- Drain the water from the pack. Rinse under cold water for 1 minute.
- Delicious served cold with salad dressing, or added to a warm comforting soup.
