Recommended serving size
Per Monash, a low FODMAP serving of sesame seeds is 11g. One pack (containing three sesame snaps) contains 15g of sesame seeds and would therefore contain slightly elevated amounts of Oligos-fructans.
For a safe low FODMAP serving, we recommend limiting your snack to two of the three thin sesame snaps contained in each packet.
