Lactase 20,000 is Intoleran's highest dosed Lactase product, containing 20,000 FCC lactase units to support normal lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose.
Lactose, also known as “milk sugar,” is primarily found in milk and other dairy products such as cream, custard, quark, mascarpone, yoghurt and certain cheeses. Additionally, lactose can be present in processed meats, chips, cakes, sweets, soft drinks, breakfast cereals, certain medications and dietary supplements. It is important to read food labels carefully - lactose can be listed under various names, such as milk powder, whey, milk sugar and milk solids.
Supplied in a small user-friendly container, the scored tablets are easy to break to adjust the dose to match your individual dietary requirements.

Ingredients
Lactase (20,000 FCC).
Other ingredients - Filler: Cellulose; Anti-caking agent: Silica; Magnesium stearate.
Directions for use
Take the tablets immediately before or with the first bite of your meal.
Take ½ to 2 tablets per meal. The tablets are scored, making them easy to break and dose.
Do not exceed 10 tablets per day.
For a high dose of the lactase enzyme, take 2 tablets the first time. If this amount is sufficient, you can try a lower dosage next time.
The lactase enzyme takes effect immediately upon ingestion, and its effectiveness lasts for 30-45 minutes after intake.
Suitable for children aged 2 and up.
