FRUSANO Organic Vanilla Pudding Mix (2x90g)

Organic vanilla-flavoured pudding powder with organic dried glucose syrup.

Vanilla-Flavoured pudding, sweetened with Frusano organic corn sugar – a subtle sweetness of maltose and dextrose. This classic custard pudding, quick to prepare and great warm or cold is wonderful on its own or layered in a low-FODMAP trifle.

Instructions 

Measure 500 ml lactose-free or low FODMAP plant-based milk. Remove 150 ml of the liquid and mix it with the pouch contents while still cold. Bring the remaining 350 ml of liquid to a boil. Stir in the two sachets of powder mixture. Let the pudding simmer for approximately one minute. Portion the vanilla pudding into bowls and store cold.
