Intoleran Gut Support Duo combines two complementary formulas in one daily routine: a probiotic capsule for the morning, and a herbal blend capsule for the evening. Developed by Intoleran dietitians, this combination features well-researched bacterial strains and plant-based ingredients.
The morning probiotic capsule provides 12 billion live bacteria (CFU) across five strains: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Lactobacillus plantarum LP01, Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, and Bifidobacterium lactis HN019. These are supplied in acid-resistant capsules to help ensure they reach the intestines.
The evening herbal capsule contains mint, ginger and coriander extracts, as well as L-glutamine—an amino acid that is widely present in the human body. This plant-based blend is designed for use with your evening meal as part of a consistent daily routine.

Ingredients per probiotic capsule: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM: 5 billion CFU*, Lactobacillus plantarum LP01: 1 billion CFU*, Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2: 2 billion CFU*, Bifidobacterium breve BR03: 2 billion CFU*, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019: 2 billion CFU*
*CFU = colony-forming units.
Other ingredients - Filler (acacia gum), stabilizer: capsule (HPMC, gellan gum), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Ingredients per herbal blend capsule: Peppermint extract 170 mg (Mentha x piperita L.), ginger extract 150 mg (Zingiber officinale rhizome), coriander 100 mg (Coriandrum sativum L.), L-glutamine 50 mg.
Other ingredients - stabilizer: capsule (HPMC), anti-caking agent (silica)
Directions for use
Take 1 probiotic capsule in the morning with breakfast and 1 herbal capsule just before your evening meal with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
The product can be used both short-term and long-term. We recommend using Gut Support Duo for at least 4–8 weeks.
Suitable for use from 6 years of age.
